Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next day via DPD.

All meat and chicken products are sent fresh in chilled packaging, ensuring that they remain fresh for up to 48 hours. This means that you can enjoy the best quality products, straight from our kitchen to your table.

Please note that we do not accept returns on any of our products. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve any problems and ensure your satisfaction.

We use DPD, a reliable and trustworthy delivery service, to ensure that your package arrives at your doorstep safely and efficiently. You will receive a notification from DPD with the estimated delivery time on the day of your delivery.

If you are not available to receive your package, DPD will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package from a nearby pickup point.
