Halal beef chops in mustard sauce recipe
Composition:
- Halal beef chops - 0.5 kg;
- hard cheese - 0, 35 kg;
- onions - 0, 3 kg;
- mustard (sauce) - 10 ml;
- mayonnaise - 100 ml;
- salt, pepper, spices for meat - to taste;
- vegetable oil
Method :
- Wash the meat, and wipe it off with a towel. Cut across the fibers into pieces about a centimeter thick.
- Put the pieces in the bag and beat them well with a cooking hammer on both sides.
- Rub with salt and pepper.
- Mix mustard with mayonnaise and spices for meat. The sauce should be homogeneous.
- Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil.
- Smear beef chops on both sides with sauce, and put in the prepared form.
- Peel the onions, and cut them into rings or half rings, depending on the size of the onions.
- Put a thick layer on the chops.
- Rub the grated cheese of any of the hard varieties. Sprinkle them with chops.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the form in it with the chops. After about 40 minutes, when the cheese is reddened, chops can be taken out of the oven.
A side dish is needed for beef chops made with this recipe. The dish is almost universal, and the garnish will suit a variety of dishes: potatoes and other vegetables, stewed, fried or baked, buckwheat, pasta, rice. It’s a good idea to serve chops with a fresh vegetable salad.
