Should You Cover a Chicken When Roasting?

There are contrasting opinions on foil covering a chicken when roasting. On the plus side, covering a baby chicken when cooking will help to retain moisture, others will say that the heat of an oven on an uncovered chicken will add flavour itself as the chicken browns slowly.
